I think manual switching like some guys do could be dangerous. One could put a normally open pressure switch (± 3 psi) connected to the inlet manifold in series with the solenoid valve. At idling or low RPM the LPG will be off and will switch on as soon as pressure increase above the preset pressur...

Safe way to switch LPG solenoid.
A safe way to switch the LPG solenoid is to put a pressure switch connected to the inlet manifold. If the boost is below the set pressure say ± 3 psi the LPG is off. You don’t need the LPG at idle or low RPM anyway.
