Foot Switch ??
Hey girls and boys, I'm going to put a switch on the kick plate under the sink to interrupt the power going to the pump. So I can turn off the water when needed, like washing you hands without touching the faucet. This means the switch would be normally on and when you push on it it would go off. Th...

Hey Mr. splummer, I have been there several times. Will probably go by there in November. I like the place because you can feel the lack of authority when you step out the door. No one really owns or wants the place so you can just make yourself at home, find a nice private place to park and build a...

Hello Friends, We are planning a trip from Oregon to Minnesota and back sometime in June or July. About 3000 miles. We just got home from a trip south, 5938 miles, about half in Mexico. VERY BAD roads. About 1/3 of the trip on WVO. Gotta' have a road trip now and then to help keep life simple. The c...

This is a drawing of a 1945 Dodge military rig with a civilian body and extended frame. 2 1/2 ton I believe. I'm not sure how many lives it had before I got it in 1973. It has a 251 Chrysler Industrial flathead 6. Top speed 45 mph. It took 6 months to get across country and back. Never had a starter...

Thanks, I disconnected the batteries and all measured a little over 6 volts except one, it was 4.3, so at least one is dead. I'm going to mask and prime tomorrow so I'll let them sit until thursday check them again and start the pairing and charging process to see how many I'll have to replace. I WI...

Batteries or How I let the deal go down !!
I have been using my electrical system a lot more than normal this summer. I’ve been sanding and painting my bus. While using the pressure washer I heard the inverter beeping so when I finished the job I went inside to see what was going on and I smelled Battery. The inverter said low voltage. The...

Pretty clean looking setup. Remember that Hughes has FAP free time. I think it's between 3:00AM and 6AM. So with a download manager you could use that time for big things. I have been FAPed a few times and it really pisses me off. The download speed is about 1k bps. Slower than dialup. Impossible to...
