OK Good. Granny had eight burners on the stove in the kitchen. Maxwell Smart's car was a Sunbeam Alpine. There were a few episodes in which he drove another car. I don't remember that one. Don Adams was Tennessee Tuxedo. Hi Rudy, the car was a Sunbeam Tiger (same car as the Alpine, VERY different e...

Here are two Tennessee Tuxedo questions: What was his pal's name? On every episode, Tennessee had a different type of job. Sometimes he was a painter, sometimes he worked at the general store, etc. The one thing that was in common, though, he always worked for the same man. What was that man's name...

Hi Dennis, I've seen these things (Amish heaters) on infomercials. That in itself tells me that they are nowhere near as good of a product as claimed. As well they never mention the high quality Chinese Amish innards. As of late, I've seen them for sale in our regional outlet store (Big Lots!). That...

Checking a little further, this number 888-382-1222 is good for land lines as well. Just updated my registry with it. Also a good number to keep as it is a trouble (violation) number to report telemarketers who call you when they are not supposed to.

Cell Phone Reminder

Found out that cell phone numbers will be going public this month (in USA). That means calls from telemarketers which you will be charged for. To be placed on the national do not call list for 5 years, you have to call 888-382-1222 from each phone that will be affected. I tried this number and it do...

So what you are saying is that it appears to be almost, but not quite totally unlike something else?

To me what this looks like is a Jaguar saloon (sedan) with a homemade Morris Traveler station wagon grafted on the backside. The reason I say homemade is this. The side and back aluminum panels look to be from a Morris. The roof as well as the backside woodwork do not. The side curved woodwork had t...
