Re: somewhereinUSA build

It's been a while, been busy working on my generator, not a lot of pictures. I did get a good deal on a pure sine wave inverter and just got it installed. It is a bit larger than the old one, but was able to get it in the same spot. http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i79/somewhereinusa/Our%20bus/Xant...

Re: somewhereinUSA out and about

I'm on my last trip for the year, might be longer than expected. Had a photo shoot last weekend and stayed this week to visit with friends, do some dancing and work on dog training. Seems I might have made a bad decision. It's about 7 inches last night and still snowing. Mumsywumsy is not happy if I...

No it's all original. Had a good visit with Tom, he knows a lot about Scenicruisers.

Re: Scenicruiser #805

We're going to Il tomorrow to look at Tom McNally's #771 which is a fully restored seated coach. Tom also has 1001 which is the last Scenic ever built, oddly, it is also number 1. Scott is going to NC over thanksgiving to cut the front off another 4501 which hasn't been butchered and has the bumper ...

Re: Time for a Poll

Stuart, I, like Jack, don't know enough about it to vote. The live chat thing always seemed like a good idea, but I never participated. It seems like I always forgot when the actual time rolled around. I think the time zone thing was usually the problem, just the wrong time of day. branch out, with ...

Re: Different Wisdom

Jim, Good to see you seem to be making progress on all fronts. When do you sleep? I'm going through towed indecisions. Last summer I redid the engine on a VW Rabbit diesel and drove it all winter and spring. It really drove nice and got great fuel mileage. But, bodywork is my downfall, and it wasn't...

Re: somewhereinUSA build

I got the rear unit operational yesterday and couldn't be happier. Still have some final dressing up to do. It wasn't really all that hot yesterday, but I did get the bedroom down to 65 in a couple of hours. It was cool enough this morning to test the heat, made it toasty in the back. This thing is ...
