First and foremost is constantly keeping mind of budget. I'm going to attempt to build my small estate with disability funds which also means there may be many things I might need to pay to be done for me. Arthritis and cognitive dysfunction aside, the security of knowing I have a home far outweighs the road blocks I'll be working around.
