...I just come wanderin' in! Hey folks nice to meet you. Mr. Sharkey, GREAT site you have here. Between finding this site and Roger Becks', I've been re-inspired to kick my decades old dream of building a bus or housetruck into gear. I've spent the better part of the last 30 years (I'm 46...uhg..) outside or on the road, in everything from tarps, tents and old campers. I DO NOT FLY, so I've seen some great country. Seem's like a friendly bunch around here. If anyone is in need of a wrench or a frosty beverage in the Plano, Illinois area ('bout 40 miles SW of Chicago), shoot me an e-mail! I gotta go and find me a friggin' truck now...actually I've got my eye on a 40-ish 1.5 ton Ford flatbed a few miles away...looks ripe for a log cabin on the back of it....
