From Ezrablu to all of us
Hi Rudy...I'm staying in my bus tonight with Kitty so my son can have his chick over to his place for dinner and to ring in the new year without me cramping his style
Because I'm in my bus, I can't get online to wish everyone on Sharkey's Happy New Year. Please forward my message if you can...thanks!
I hope the coming year is filled with much happiness! Here's to your health and good fortune, too!
I put my electric blanket on top of a sleeping bag then another sleeping bag to cover up with. I also have a hooded sweatshirt on...its COLD tonight.
I'll be sleeping long before the ball drops at midnight.
Happy New Year!

Happy New Year To All!
Made it up the grapevine last night and stayed at a rest stop...thought it would be warm in so ca...but it was 29 degrees when I got up...yuck! Going to my sisters to help her out...just gotta miss the football and parade traffic.
I hope that this year is special for everyone! ~ Bob

Wherever I am...I am home.
Thank you Rudy for passing on my message...and really good of you to do that job for free. It does feel good to help others, doesn't it?
I hope everybody had a nice evening ringing in the new year? Mine was very quiet BUT BEYOND COLD! The wind was blowing so hard I could hear it howling all night. It shook the bus nonstop. I can't tell you how darn cold it was...it was bitter cold. Just a few seconds outside and it hurt to breath.
The temperature inside the bus wasn't much different than outside the bus...the only difference was the wind blowing outside. I poured a bowl of water for Kitty and within an hour it was frozen solid! (INSIDE the bus!).
Just before I left my son's house I went back in and grabbed my electric blanket...THANK GOD! We stayed toasty under the sleeping bag but HAD to stay totally under it, face and all....plus I slept with my hood on.
Dennis....thanks. I wonder if he would do the same for me?
