Here's a nice plan from Mother Earth's website...be sure to look at the "Image Gallery" (it's kind of small to find...just to the right in a light blue box where the article starts).

Time for another smoked chicken here, or maybe glaze some pork sausages with a bit of maple syrup and smoke those--decisicions, oh so many good things to eat.

I am hoping one of my fishing pals gets a lot of salmon this year, and I can buy flash frozen tuna from the "Nootka Lady" in the fall. It is absolutely grand living near a fishing village. 10 minutes in the car and I can be in gourmet heaven, just by walking out on the dock on a "sale day"

Who likes prawns? (besides me, and I eat them by the dozen!)

Cod, crab, oysters, snapper, all within reach if you like fish.

And yes, I make wonderful smoked salmon and can make lox to go with bagels and cream cheese.

Smoked cheddar I am going to try that this year, I need to add a cool chamber to my Big Chief

Looking forward to visitors
