charge controller question

Hello All! I am thinking it's time to get a charge controller for my 80 watt shell pannel for the bus. I have looked at some bigger units, but they seem expensive and have more functions than I need. So I came across this little unit while researching. What do you think? The msrp for it is around $40, while I have seen a few on ebay for $10 plus shipping. This seems a good price versus over $100 for a larger, fancier unit that seems to do the same thing.
