Dennis, Now, THAT'S what I call an omelet. This morning, I finished the last bowl of the Lotsa Kielbasa soup. I got five servings out of it. Right before that batch, I had made my Lentil soup again. Both of those were so successful, that I just used the recipes that I had made already. I am doing the same thing now with the Nutty Beef Soup. I guess it is time for me to invent another soup. Rudy
Around the end of the week I think i'm gonna do a bigol pot of chicken soup. I just go 6 Lb's of chicken for 39 cents a Lb so i'm gonna get to it. But I just got a call from a customer that I did a huge kitchen for 2 years ago thats building a house in porto rico and they asked me if I wanted to go down there and work on the place for a few weeks so I told them to call me next week and I'll have an answer for them. I might only if it's not a big job that will take me a few months. I really need the money but I don't want to be that far away from the kid for more then a few weeks at a time. And the more I say no to these folks the more they pelt me with money. We'll see.
I love being a high-tech Hobo Hash and eggs here. I needed to take the day off today to just lightin up a little so I slept till about 9 and through on some breakast for a change and made a couple more pies. "I love food" It makes me feel good
