Dennis, Now, THAT'S what I call an omelet. This morning, I finished the last bowl of the Lotsa Kielbasa soup. I got five servings out of it. Right before that batch, I had made my Lentil soup again. Both of those were so successful, that I just used the recipes that I had made already. I am doing the same thing now with the Nutty Beef Soup. I guess it is time for me to invent another soup. Rudy

Hey Rudy and all
Around the end of the week I think i'm gonna do a bigol pot of chicken soup. I just go 6 Lb's of chicken for 39 cents a Lb so i'm gonna get to it. But I just got a call from a customer that I did a huge kitchen for 2 years ago thats building a house in porto rico and they asked me if I wanted to go down there and work on the place for a few weeks so I told them to call me next week and I'll have an answer for them. I might only if it's not a big job that will take me a few months. I really need the money but I don't want to be that far away from the kid for more then a few weeks at a time. And the more I say no to these folks the more they pelt me with money. We'll see.

Dennis, you'd better trade the East Coast for the West, your cooking will fatten me up in no time.
Remember me if you get the itch to go west!

I will eat most anything I can get my gums around as long as it doesn't involves beans.
Love omelets, corned beef hash, soups, stews and casseroles
