after a day of snow plowing, iam starved so on the grill will go some deer stecks and home grown potatoes. i need a good meal after my long stretch at work. came home to over 2 feet of snow
i will do that as soon as i down load them from the dig. camera and send them to rudy , if he would be so ever kind to post them, also i will make some deer meat jerky soon and may even put some on the smoker ahhh i love smoked meat

I love smoked meat myownself! I've been wanting to do pork butt, or a beef roast. I haven't ventured into making jerky, yet, but it's on my "to do" list.
Here's a picture of splummer's deer meat and vegetable stew. That sure looks yummy. There's corn in there. I have never even thought of putting corn in my soups. I'll have to give that a try.
also last nite i did up some deer steaks and forgot to take pics, i love deer meat that i was so excited i forgot to take pics, but i have more, deer meat in chile is also great
dennis i just need some friends lol, i dont hunt but my brother and a few friends do so iam always in deer meat, we eat alot of game up here i prefer it over any store bought and is better for you.
