Dennis, if I lived near you, you would most likely invite me over for dinner often. Then I would gain weight from eating all the wonderful food you cook. Just don't invite me when those MINI CABBAGES are on board.

The mini-cabs are OK if you get them young (small) and cook them al-dente then serve in lots of melted butter. Much sweeter experience.
