Ok Kids Here it is

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cuo wheat germ
1/2 cup willed flax seeds or just get a half a cup of flax seeds and mash the crap out of them
a couple t-spoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
table spoon baking powder
1/2 t-spoon salt
2 or 3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
2 egg / go ahead, beatem up
1/2 cup walnuts
put some more half walnut pieces on the top of them before you putem in the oven

preheat the oven to 400 ( Rudy, take the CD's out first )
sprey the muffin pan or I use good old fashion crisco
in one bowl mix all of the dry stuff
in another bowl mix all the wet stuff and the smashed bananas
mix the dry stuff and the wet stuff a little until it's all moistened then fold in your nuts  Load up your muffin pan and put it to the CD holder ( opps, I mean over ) for about 20 to 25 minutes then letten cool a little then eatem up 8)

The temp is pretty importent so I have a small oven thermometer so I know the temp is right.

So, what are you waitin for? get on with it 8)
Peace along the way

Hey Dennis, behind & to the right of those delectable muffins...is that a small percolator-style coffee pot? If so, can you tell me what brand it is and where you got it? I'm looking for one, and one just like that would be perfect!

Thanx, and a tip-o-the-hat!

coffee maker ...

Dennis' Coffee Maker ... One problem ... All Aluminum  !!!

I had the same unit, loved it till I read about leaching aluminum into your body, haven't used it since.

They are also made with brass ... costly when you find one, usually at a specialty coffee shop ...

:) I found a Stainless Steel unit at Walmart, same basic design, for $10 ... love it ... same capacity ... I hand grind fresh beans. Makes one POWERFUL cup ... lasts me till noon ... my favorite thing to do when camping and field work, including the ritual grinding ... absolutely the best!

@Dennis - after following your link I see yours is either 1 or 3 cup...?

@GoodClue - The Bialetti Company also makes 'em in stainless...regarding the aluminum leaching - our "gracious government" is already polluting our bodies with extreme levels of aluminum and barium (among other things) via chemtrail aerosols. I doubt that little coffee pot matches what our governnuts are dumping on us, but I certainly do appreciate the "heads-up" on the leaching, it's something that hadn't occured to me.

I rather prefer the styling of the aluminum, but will probably opt for a stainless (prolly shouldn't help 'em poison me, heh) - too bad they don't have a stainless one in the same style.
