Well, come on I pay $200 a month elec,water,garbage,and sewage taken care of. not the best neighborhood but they never bother me, even have a bus line. A lot less BS than a rv park and no one moves in and out in the middle of the night, no straight pipes on welding trucks to wake you up. RV PARKS are running about $450 and going up, now trying to take advantage of the oil field workers, they were $300 a mth till the greed set in. I only have 3 neighbors here and at the very back of the park.
