Made my quiche for dinner tonight, Dennis...Mmmm good! Thanks for the cooking ideas. Besides tasting delicious, it also gave me something to blog about today. I've had so many of my followers emailing asking if I'm ok since I haven't been blogging much.

Soup underway here, will make a quiche tomorrow. probably cheese & cauliflower. Need to use them up, and I think I'll make it with a shredded potato crust.

Got lots of tomato soup too.

Yeah Dennis, 1 or 2 potatoes shredded, little bit of grated onion if you like it too.--I bake mine in a deep dish pie plate, and the crust neededs to be a little thicker than pastry. 1 egg to hold spuds together, then spread in pie pan.

Typical quiche filling, bake one hour, set 20 min. before cutting

Lois (sniffle) darn cold

I'm going to put a pinch of cayenne in it too-see if it will blast my cold out of existence.

Power's been off and on all day here, very windy.

Dennis,

If you really want to pull the babes, all you have to do is pour melted chocolate on top of that. :D
