This post is dedicated to my friend, Dennis The Bus Dweller, who is NOT from New Jersey.

He is, however, this site's Cooking Guru.

I have a friend here who likes to cook. Every week she cooks dinners and shares them with her neighbors.

She calls me often to say that she has frozen some of her meals for me. Last week she was telling me that she is running out of room in her freezer.

I went there yesterday and received five different home cooked frozen meals.

Each meal will feed me twice. Tonight I finished the meatloaf, asparagus, rice pilaf meal. There is a pic below.

I also have enchilada casserole with Spanish rice, pork chops with potatoes, pasta with cream sauce, corn casserole.

I'll be the first to admit that I am not a big food fan, but it is always a blessing to eat food made with love.

Here's the pic of the meatloaf meal.

That looks great and that there is one of my favorite veggies. You do understand how important daily meals are right? It has a lot to do with your thinking, your daily energy and so on. Food is your friend

Are you sure you want to move Rudy? You might not be eating as good then, are was that the part of your relunctance to move, a good home cooked meal is few and far between out in this big old world, you may have to start cooking now. Your neighbor could mail them with Dry Ice, but that would get expensive quick. You can buy frozen dinners but you are not going to like them as well, and will taste allot like cardboard.

Nom, nom, nom.....

Granddaughter tells me that roughly translates as "Yummy!"
