They look like they were!

One of my favorite breakfasts - or any other meal for that matter - is to put a buckwheat pancake on a plate, carefully place an egg, over easy, on top. Some bacon or sausage on the side, with just a very light drizzle of real maple syrup around the edge. Have trouble finding buckwheat here, though, so don't often get them.

‎4 eggs, a little milk to stretchem a little, asparagus, mushrooms, kielbasa, red and green peppers onions, 3 cheeses ( brie, munster and some kind of tomato / basil ) :wink:

You must become one wit your skillet weed hopper :D and if you like nice high flapjacks just keep the batter in the fridge till just before you scoop it in to your skillet then put it back in the fridge until your ready to scoop the next one 8) When you can walk across the rice paper while flipping your flapjacks only then will you become a samurai flapjack flipper :D
