Here's a picture of that bus, and a little info.

Customers leave a mobile butcher bus after purchasing meat on January 20, 2009 in the al-Askan district of western Baghdad. The owner, known as Yasser the Butcher, was inspired after watching a European televison program showing a person transforming his vehicle into a mobile fastfood restaurant. Previously employed as a school bus driver, Yasser became jobless after sectarian violence that led parents to drive thier children to school themselves. Helped by friends to design the bus, which includes a fridge, freezer and a power generator, Yasser makes his rounds in the locality and says he has many customers
