Not until i go to pick it up if he accepts my offer, however several people know the bus and are bus owners ( also other eagle owners) and one guy who's like a detroit diesel guru know the coach and and the conversion . so we will see. the cool thing is if everything works out we will pick it up drive down to Astoria visit my Mom for a while maybe put on some miles before heading down to southern oregon diesel and letting them go over coach before heading back to Virginia

I remember reading some comments by a super house flipper (who actually earned his living that way, not just by selling guru advice); the real flipper makes his money on the buy, not the sale, of the house so closing the purchase at the right price is _the_ major skill needed. His main thought was that most people don't want _just_ the money per se - they also have other hopes/interests attached to the transaction.
One example would be they want to use the money to move into a vacation home or something. So in that case what they really want is a vacation home and maybe a particular kind of place, etc. Sometimes if you find out what they really are hoping for out of the deal you can address that directly in lieu of money. Another example, if they have a granddaughter who needs major house repair and they're figuring to help out and you're a carpenter.... Basically find a fit for whatever "facilitating" you could do.
Anyway, the principle is to pay attention and find out if there is something particular they're really looking for out of the deal and see where that leads you.
