Bring your best attitude so you are prepared to recieve, and also stay clued into your road karma. What goes around comes around a lot faster on the road then out on your little piece of dirt.

I agree with Dualfuel. With the proper attitude, everything else you need will be delivered.

(Edited the topic title to soften things up a bit, this is a "family" site, after all.)

I agree about having the proper attitude! Besides that all I need are my guitars and my pool cue!
Wherever I am...I am home.

I'd like to bring all of you on the road ... that would cover all our needs ... cash, food, pets ... music ... skills, tools, knowledge, proper attitudes ... what a travelling chataqua that would be ... teaching, learning ... and I mean Ginger too ... :)
Even a common place for all of us to meet ... what a trip!!!

Here's a great thread from the ADVRider's forum. (they're the guys who go around the world on motorcycles)...

The thread is titled..."What's the best piece of equipment you've ever bought?"
Now...on that forum, this question deals with motorcycle touring (duh)...but the one answer I really loved was answered by a couple (who are now in their 60's), who LIVE FULL TIME on a Harley dresser...and have been in 220 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES!!!!!

His answer to the "Best piece of equipment to bring on a world trip"?...Your SMILE!!! It's the one thing that's recogonised around the world as a good omen!

Take a Child Camping and they will have fun
But take a child Campin,
And they will always cherish,
The memory!!!
