Looks nice! Does it have the straight 6 engine? Ive had 3 of them and they have been the most reliable cars I have ever owned. Parts are easy to find also...but you probably wont need to find them very often!
If they do mate...I like the name Beeps

A friend of mine has one of these (2 wheel drive, standard transmission). So far over 300k miles on the clock and going, going, going... The inline 6 is the old Rambler engine. A real toughie.

I got a used roadmaster falcon-2 tow bar on ebay for $275.95 shipped "used", I got the roadmaster base plates that go on the jeep for $239.95 "new" Roadmaster Quick Disconnect Tow Bar Base Assembly for $89.95 "new", RoadMaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs $49.95 from
www.etrailer.com (Titus is da man on the seen) a nice guy and very helpful. I also got a Curt trailer hitch for the back of the jeep so I can tow the trailers if needed for $125.99 ( supposed to be bolt on, no holes to drill ) So my point is that I saved quite a bit of money shopping around. The Roadmaster falcon-2 complete kid is around $1000.00 and by finding a use bar and shopping for the other brackets to complete the kid I got mine for $655.80 and the bolt on trailer hitches for the grand cherokee are from $125.00 to $300.00 so all and all I did pretty well. So it should all be here the first part of next week and under the toad I go

Looks very good. Nice toy.
Kind of like a horse and a donkey, with that much difference between species, maybe the offspring would be hybrids??
Rambler, huh? Friend and I had a '61 Rambler American with straight 6 and 3 on the tree. Clutch linkage had a piece of tire rubber bolted to middle of the linkage (looked OEM) that I guess may have been to provide some smoothness to shifting.

Yes, that damned clutch part was always breaking on my old 1960 Classics. After a while, it was no longer available and I did start using old tire casings to make replacements. The whole purpose of it was to provide some resiliency between the clutch throw out arm mounted to the engine and the clutch pedal, mounted to the body.
