Yes the VW BALL is real :)

also here's some really cool reading about the engine

" burns up 1,660 gallons of crude oil every hour, now that is what I cynically call good economy ! "

Oh yeah...I forgot, it's the same when I visit my family in Illinois.
I hear all kinds of terms or songs that I haven't heard in 20 years. It's like a time warp. :D

Thanks folks now I don't feel bad about owning a 94 Surburban a true 3/4 ton 8 lug axle, posi trac rear end 4 wheel drive 7.3 liter equipped big block, it doesn't seem to get very good gas mileage when I drive it, but I sure do like the power of it, at least it has a 4 speed overdrive tranny, but just can't seem to keep my foot out of it and going to sell it before I get in trouble or take out a mortgage to fill it up again. I had a '79 Suburban, I LOVE them! I'm okay about maintaining a reasonable speed limit but you are sooooooo right about having to take out a loan for a fill up! :x
