while trying to find just the right truck "F350 or f450 w/7.3 powerstroke 4wd dually" to pull my new tiny rig I found this 94 F350 dually 2wd w/7.3 international turbo diesel w/200,000 miles on it in pretty much unbelievable shape for $5000.00 so I went ahead and bought it so I can relax a little and take my time looking for the big boy truck. this thing is in really nice shape and is a really tight, strong runner and will pull the Dew Drop Inn without much squawking and I shouldn't have any problem selling it for what I paid for when I finely find the one I want.

And the only thing missing from your 'ideal' is 4WD?? Sounds like you have the ideal....

Used to work at a place where we used F350 for hauling, from late 80's until 1995. They were all very good trucks...some with manual, some auto. 4WD always got 14 mpg - with or without load, all time, all temperature. We didn't abuse them but worked them and they did very good. About the only thing I like better is my Dodge RAM diesel...

Is the new truck auto or manual transmission?

Dennis, here is a tiny house that I think you may find interesting.

Definitely an On-Grid house.
