Here are some kids that are curious about the inside of the truck. And yes, that IS a disco ball hung from the ceiling.

We don't need no stinkin' radio. That's Phil in the blue jacket. He's most likely singing the high tenor part.

Phil's truck was featured in Petersen's Off Road magazine.

Here's a run he did with a bunch of Volkswagoners.

Here he is parked beside a friend's truck. It is a rare 1960s military conversion of a Land Rover series 2B Forward Control vehicle. More info on the Land Rover can be found here: http://www.landyonline.co.za/off_road/d ... uction.htm

A view from the rear.

My brother is a HAM radio enthusiast. He also has a friend who shares the same hobby. Here are some photos of them out in the desert. Phil has an expandable mast that he sets up. With that antennae, he has been able to communicate with persons all over the world. It is 35 feet tall.

More from that day. This is his friend's Land Rover.

And, of course, this is Phil's truck.

Oh, look, there are two. He has another one. It is the red one. It was, at one time, a medical unit. Phil is doing a build on the red one, although not as extensive as the tan one.
Keep in mind that these machines are very rare and to have two of them is quite a feat. Here are pics of the twins together.

(EDIT) This is Rudy, blasting in to the past to tell you that there is more to come, after this page. So, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain who is telling you... We've come to the end of the picture show.
Here is a photo of my brother, Phil. He is someone I admire greatly. Thanks for viewing. Perhaps, I can talk him into giving us some more pics and some words to read. Viva los machines! Rudy
