Has the forum moved to another area ??? not under the table of contents any longer ???

Everything seems to work fine with me, just a little slower then usual, but that may just be my internet connection. I wonder if it would work faster or better for you if you 'signed up' and then signed in as a member instead of a guest? Maby your internet connections are restricting you as to what you can see and where you can go on a website?
I am technologically challenged, so I am not sure what may be the problem, but I am good at giving advice
