Russian text in Electircal advice refrigerator section.

Half way through the article the english text switches to what looks to be russian.

Chapter 15???? Not in my browser. The only thing I can think of is after this line:
Most modern consumer-style refrigerators use Freon
there is a font change to "Symbol" to display the trade mark symbol. Is that where it gets wonky for you? Or are we talking about the same chapter?
