Forum Software Updated

Post by Sharkey »

Not really a trouble to report, but the forum was updated this date to version 2.0.11 in order to protect against the Perl.Santy worm. If anyone notices any adverse changes in the operation of the forum, please let me know.

Well, that didn't take long. Six days after the last update was released, there's another one to repair security issues, so now we're running v2.0.13.

As always, please note any unusual behavior so that I can look into problems that the new code may be causing....

And.... update yet again. I'm almost done with the series of six updates. Anyone notice anything unusual? This last one was a biggie, and took several evenings worth of code editing. The edit file was over 3500 lines long!!

Only that I can't PM you. I'd like to ask you a question that is non-forum related. Thanx, Griff
