log in problems

hello, great site! anywho, i was trying to do my profile now that i now have some time...but when i try to log in i first type in my user name, then my password but when i clik enter or whatever the password box makes those bullet things all the way across inside the box and i know that i only used 8 letters...so thats as far as i can go so if you can do something to help me back on track i would like to use my same user name cause i live in alaska heh-heh- regards, john

Hi freezerburn. Uh, I hope this doesn't sound stupid, but have you registered? Click the "
Register" button at the top, then you should be able to log in after creating an account and responding to the email you will receive.
The automatic filling out of the password field is proper behaviour. That is your password being encrypted on your computer before being sent over the internet. Once you have registered, it will work fine.
