Special thanks to TMAX, our intrepid forum Spam Cop for being on the spot and killing about 150+ grungy spam posts in the recent flood of garbage that hit the forum.
Unfortunately, this happened when I was occupied with a couple of friends from out of town who were visiting for a few days. I didn't turn on the computer for about 36 hours just when things got hot and heavy, so I missed the whole episode.
As far as I could see, all of the spam posts were either deleted or moved from public view, so I'm well pleased with the service and wanted to say thanks publicly for providing a valuable service to us all. I know that he is very busy with some important family affairs right now and it was very generous of him to stay on top of the wave of crud, deleting messages as fast as they came in.
