Guess I'll be putting a little extra mileage on the treadmill this weekOMG this bread is WRONG. I want to marry it and have a million of its babies. It's not often I make something exactly according to the recipe (I usually follow tips from other reviewers), but I followed this one exactly, and holy heck, I cannot stop eating it. And neither can my husband. Somebody go ahead and tape this bread to my rear end because that is exactly where it is going, and I don't even care because it is THAT GOOD.

I'm gonna try a new bread recipe today I found HERE. With over 2,100 five star reviews and almost 50,000 saves...it must be good. But the one review that convinced me to try it today is this one:

Forgot to post a photo of my homemade bread...
Had some this morning...toasted with a veggie omelette. I'm trying to get used to baking all my own bread and never buying any factory made to get away from all the additives and preservatives. It's not hard to make bread but it does take some planning so not to run out or bake too much.
Once summer comes I'll post photos of solar bread...baked by the sun in empty food cans. Fast, easy and VERY good. You can add all kinds of things and spices to the basic recipe...like nuts, fruit, jalopenos, cheese, corn, chili powder, grains, etc.
