Bus Living, Truck Living, Boat Living. You name it, if you live in a home that is capable of moving by itself, or have the desire to, then this is the place for you.

My main clock is just slightly newer than that - and has a round dial.
My "backups" are all very old - have about 4 or 5 from the '30s. Only one still works, though, and I haven't had a chance to get some parts and fix them.
Love the old stuff. Older the better. I have an old 1/2" Black and Decker drill with 'D' handle. Body is hexagonal shaped. I found picture of it in old 1920 and 1921 B & D catalog. Gear reduction drive. Still works well with cord getting a little frayed. I guess I would be frayed if I were 90, too.
i am with you on that one stealth, i love the old stuff,my new venture is going to set up shop and will be selling old stuff, we buy junk and sell antiques, hope fully we should be open memorial day week, we bought a house loaded with collectiables , may be a new thread on old stuff
just because you ride the bus , it doesnt make you a bus person
the bus stopped and i got on and thats how it all began
Ok, after this, I will try hard to behave myself and not pull the thread off into the ether...
Upon further review, my clock isn't that much different. Maybe will need to start an old clock thread?
And Jones is still there! I just couldn't resist.
Wow! Bang! Here we go again. Not sure I have mentioned it but this home (trailer) is in a ragged-ass part of Oklahoma City - southeast corner - da' Hood. Nice little RV park surrounded by slums. Anyway, we occasionally get to go to sleep to the sound of gunfire in the distance. Last week a couple nights. And just a minute ago, it started up again. It's not drive-bys, it's idiots target practicing in their back yard.

I am! Congrats Lois! I'm just catching up on threads here and read yours. How exciting! Make sure you take some photos if you can to show us when she is delivered ♥

Lois
Most of us here are visually stimulated, if we don't see some pics....we go crazy!
So even though we are interested, we don't get real excited until we see the photos of the pit stop in your yard. But don't park it on the flat spot...thats Bob's spot.
Chuck...You have a good memory! Although I do remember I get the only shady spot Lois, thank you for thinking about my sun burn challenged body...you can tell a true red hair'd girl; they don't tan. Their skin just ends up matching their hair.

lol...well, I didn't say it was the "only" way Your way would be the more fun way. Hmm, kind of like opening a present, huh, but you might be disappointed if it wasn't what you're expecting
