Hey Dennis, I've been rolling around under all sorts of trailers and 5ers looking at their slide outs and without a doubt there is 3X as much steel in your frame as in any of the production trailers I've seen. I think you got a killer deal on yours. I can't see the complete tongue in the pics but it looks like it is getting a 2 1/2" ball--is that right? Jack

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a 2 5/16 ball but as you say I'm thinkin the did a pretty good job and I feel pretty safe buildin pretty much whatever the hell I want on there

Are the axles the type with the rubber suspension - Torflex style? ...no springs/shocks...

Wow! That sure sits low for springs. Very nice profile!
I built a trailer a few years ago with the Torflex style axles. I like them quite a bit, but the motion seems to be different. They seem to work well though.

I told them how I wanted o build the house and left the trailer up to them. There are a few things I'm gonna do a little different on the next one cuz I'm sure when my daughter see it fiinished she's gonna want one too
