I opened up for Arlo many years ago. He is a very friendly and kind human being. One of the few famous people who are down to earth.

I would love to play that thing! There is no 5th string is there? Bela Fleck has an electric guitar banjo that he had custom made...man that guy can play!

I haven't played in a few days so if you notice the planets starting wabble a little it's because I'm not holding up my end of the bargain.

It is as simple as it can get to play. 4 strings, open tuning. I use an M-Audio pre amp, 27" Imac, with GarageBand so you can add any effects. As an electric gituar it sounds pretty good. I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Yes, Bela Fleck is bad to the bone and back again. The man can play any kind of music and with anybody.

I have been on the road. We just finished 1667 miles to Minnesota from Oregon. We'll be here a few days and then on south to Arizona and beyond I hope. Boy this little wood stove is a wonderful thing in the frozen north country.
