charge controller question

Hello All! I am thinking it's time to get a charge controller for my 80 watt shell pannel for the bus. I have looked at some bigger units, but they seem expensive and have more functions than I need. So I came across this little unit while researching. What do you think? The msrp for it is around $4...

Wow, I am totally in shock! It's nice on the inside, but the outside does not look like anything special at all. It still has the split doors with yellow bus paint. Oh well, good luck for the new owner and congrats to the builder.

It has been for sale for a very long time. I think (just speculating) that if the price is right, most things are for sale. He is just taking the guess work out of it to keep the email lookyloos at bay.
