I have been aboard this boat, about nine years ago. It is probably the best boat for blue water cruising, for either a single person, or possibly a couple, that I have ever been on.
The thought that went into the layout is exceptional. It was rebuilt with the current layout and rig by the owner who showed me around it (presumably the current owner) and he maintained it to a very high standard.
I first saw this boat advertised for sale at least a couple of years ago, at what I believe was a much higher asking price, than is being asked for now. If the current state of the boat is anything like it was when I saw it, he is basically giving it away now.
I'm not sure if it is clear in the photos, but it has a very nice, light and airy double berth in the stern, which feels separate to the rest of the boat, though is entered from the cabin.

The owner who showed it to me had cruised in it, from New Zealand to Micronesia and back, single handed.
