Sorry I haven't popped in to post for a while, knitting, cleaning and getting back to my job have kept me busy.
Rick wrenched his ankle and tore some ligaments
, so I've been wrapping his ankle with my horse bandages and administering Knox gelatin for the swelling and bruising, and he's using ibuprofen (Advil) and the Native cure of swordferns for pain. Reason for the horse bandages is NO PINS--they fasten with Velcro and are long enough to do a good supportive wrap with
