When you post, look below the form field that you would type the message into, there will be an area with tabs across the top "Options" and "Attachments".
- Select the "Attachments" tab
- Click "add files" (I think the board is set to allow three images per post)
- Place the cursor in your message where you want the image to show up
- Click "Place inline" next to the image title in the row
- You can add a text description in "File comment"
- Click "Preview" to see if your image(s) are as you like them, or "Submit" to post
Not sure about the "Not viewed yet" tag after the image. Could be that something additional is necessary, more detail later as I learn them
