More musings on moving machinery

Post by Stillphil »

Hello, all,

I'm still going round and round on what to pursue for a mobile dwelling. I'm having a hard time landing on what we are going to do with it. We don't know yet whether we will be travelling about the most or going to places and staying put for months at a time. We are pretty sure we want to have a vehicle apart from the rolling dwelling. We want to be inconspicuous and pretty self contained. What I'm considering at present is a housetruck of some kind and pull a small car. We want a car that can go on rough roads, so some kind of high clearance 4X4 would be good.

Any suggestions from the collected wise and experienced ones in the group?
Thanks,
Phil

Not exactly a four wheel drive, but I thought this would be perfect for towing (or toting) around behind a house/bus/truck.
Lots of them running around up here.

Yeah, Pat, and I could carry it around in my pocket! It's a cool car. We saw some in France. I wonder about the ground clearance.

Best,
Phil
