Good stuff. The "Microflats" are an interesting idea, but make more sense as rentals in the US.
30 square meters works out to roughly 270 square feet. 350 square feet is called a "Buffet" apartment in Colorado. I can say it's livable from experiance, but it's becomes crowded in a hurry with a kid. It's almost ldeal for a single working person.
