Rudy,
Let us know how the storm went last night - if you were affected or not?

Lots of rain, thunder, and lightning, but no tornado where I am.

A few vehicles on the property where I am parked.
This is an old Avion pick-up truck camper. It is mounted on what used to be a 1972 class C motorhome. (Chevy with a 350 gas motor).
It is a project waiting to be completed.

Here you see Zac's golf cart. It is a Yamaha with a gas engine.
Also you see his VW Jetta. It has a turbo-charged diesel engine. It gets close to 50 MPG.

TENT DAY
Saturday was tent day. It was also the day that I learned that my days of playing sports are (and have been) over.
I'll get to the sports segment later.
For now, we'll see how one of these circus type tents gets set up.
These first few pics show Zac and me loading up the tent parts.
This is Zac standing in the front of his shop where we got the poles and stakes from.

We loaded the poles on his little trailer. We loaded the metal stakes in his car. The stakes are 2 1/2 feet long and one inch thick. They have a point on one end.

Today, we set up a 40 X 60 foot tent. We brought three tent sections. Zac has enough sections to make a 40 X 100 foot tent.
Today we used two end sections and one middle section.
Zac was hired by the mayor of a small town for the third annual shrimp and crawfish boil that he was hosting.
