I got a call from a friend who said she has been cooking for two days straight and has too much food for her fridge. She suggested that I come over and get some home cooked food.
Sure beats eating out of cans as I have been doing for a month now.
Here is what I received. These meals are all in plastic containers. I put most of them in the freezer. Each container is enough for two meals for me.
Enchilada casserole
Spanish rice and refried beans
Tabouli salad
Three pieces quiche (ham, cheese, asparagus)
Chicken & Pasta with tomato cream sauce with pine nuts
Meatloaf with broccoli, and brown rice with bulgar
Pork chop with broccoli and corn casserole.
I am blessed.

Rudy,
I've got some more soup cooking, and if I could email it, I would
