I'm not a fan of bacon from the store being I was fed it so much as a kid.
However, REAL bacon, lovingly smoked I would probably enjoy on occasion.

That is one fine looking piece of bacon. If I ever get to farming the way I want you can bet ham, bacon and smoked sausages are on my TO DO list.
