1955 (or so) Super Crown

In the local paper Sept. 12, 2005, in the sidebar of the local news (Victorville Daily Press, Page B-1) "Victor Valley Union School District put the Crown Super Coach into operation on the Apple Valley run. This school bus, which could seat 91 students, sat 12 more students than the one the District had prior. The larger bus was purchased to help transportation costs."

Hi Elden;

Well, my Crown is a 1963, so if that report was from the 1950's I don't think so. My bus did come from the VV Union HS District, it was bus #40. I don't know how many other Supercoaches they had in total.
