Have been wondering more and more about the aluminum in our systems. Government says 'no problem'. Don't really believe it.
Another heads up - most deodorants have aluminum in them. Tough to find one that doesn't. It will only be a deodorant. Aluminum is what makes it also antiperspirant.
Just hoping stainless isn't the next big problem. Cast iron has a long enough history for me to trust, but sometimes wonder about the chromium in the stainless - whether it can get 'out'.
Whole wheat, wheat germ,flex seed,banana, walnut muffins?
